'Best Laid Plans' Blu-ray Dated[teaser]The action-packed urban reworking of the classic novel "Of Mice and Men" is en route to Blu-ray next month. [/teaser] In an early announcement to retailers, Well Go USA is prepping 'Best Laid Plans' for a Blu-ray release on June 26. David Blair directs this powerful British drama, loosely inspired by John Steinbeck's novel Of Mice and Men. Set in Nottingham, the film revolves around the relationship between the thuggish Danny (Stephen Graham) and Joseph (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje), a giant of a man with a mental age of seven. When Danny finds himself in debt to a local crime boss, he feels he is left with no choice but to manipulate Joseph into participating in a series of underground cage fights from which Danny can pay his debts. 'Friends with Kids' Blu-ray Detailed[teaser]The heart-felt comedy making its Blu-ray debut in July has been fully detailed. [/teaser] In an early announcement to retailers, Inception Media Group is preparing 'Friends with Kids' for Blu-ray on July 17. Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph and Jon Hamm star alongside Jennifer Westfeldt and Adam Scott in a daring and hilarious ensemble comedy about a close-knit circle of friends whose lives change once they have kids. The last two singles in the group (Westfeldt and Scott) observe the effect that kids have had on their friends' relationships and wonder if there's a better way to make it work. When they decide to have a child together and date other people, their unconventional “experiment” leads everyone in the group to question the nature of friendship, family and, above all, true love. Written and directed by Jennifer Westfeldt and also starring Chris O'Dowd, Megan Fox and Edward Burns, 'Friends with Kids' delivers the laughs and the heart from beginning to end! 'Workaholics: Seasons 1 & 2' Blu-ray Now Available For Pre-order[teaser]Pre-orders are now live for the first two seasons of the office comedy series planned for Blu-ray in June. [/teaser] As previously reported, Paramount is working on 'Workaholics: Seasons 1 & 2' for a high-definition bow on June 5. 'Wrath of the Titans' Announced for Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D[teaser]Perseus will ride Pegasus once again on Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D this summer.
