Reveals Trailer for Denis Villeneuve's 'Blade Runner 2049'[teaser]"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe."[/teaser] Following an initial teaser, Warner Bros. has released the official trailer for Denis Villeneuve's Blade Runner 2049. The upcoming film serves as a sequel to Ridley Scott's 1982 sci-fi classic Blade Runner. Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what’s left of society into chaos. K’s discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years. Check out the trailer below! Blade Runner 2049 will hit theaters on October 6. The movie comes from executive producer Ridley Scott (Blade Runner, Alien, Alien Covenant) and director Denis Villeneuve (Arrival, Prisoners, Sicario). Oscar-Winning Director Jonathan Demme Dead at 73[teaser]The acclaimed filmmaker best known for 'The Silence of the Lambs' and 'Philadelphia' has passed away.[/teaser] MSN.com is reporting that Jonathan Demme has died after losing his battle with esophageal cancer and complications from heart disease. Demme was in the director's seat for numerous other films and first made his mark on Hollywood with 1980's 'Melvin and Howard.' In 1986, he directed Jeff Daniels and Melanie Griffith in the quirky road trip comedy, 'Something Wild'.
