'Taxi Driver: 40th Anniversary Edition' Blu-ray Announced[teaser]Martin Scorsese's classic film will be returning to theaters and receiving a 40th Anniversary Blu-ray later this year. [/teaser] In an early announcement to retailers, Sony is preparing 'Taxi Driver: 40th Anniversary Edition' for Blu-ray on November 8. Winner of the prestigious Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival (1976) and nominated for 4 Academy Awards including Best Picture (1976), TAXI DRIVER stars Robert De Niro in Martin Scorsese's classic film of a psychotic New York cabbie driven to violence by loneliness and desperation.
