'Wild Hogs' to Feast on Blu-ray this Summer

Disney Home Entertainment has announced that the comedy hit 'Wild Hogs' will debut on Blu-ray this August day-and-date with the standard def DVD release.

Starring John Travolta, Tim Allen, Martin Lawrence and William H. Macy as aging baby boomers who take a cross-country motorcycle trip, the flick earned an impressive $160 million box office gross this past winter, despite taking a critical drubbing.

Disney plans to give 'Hogs' the red carpet treatment when it arrives on Blu-ray and standard-def DVD on August 14. Tech specs include the studio's usual 1080p transfer and uncompressed PCM 5.1 surround track, plus an audio commentary with director Walt Becker and screenwriter Brad Copeland, two featurettes, deleted scenes, an alternate ending and an outtake reel.
