'The Incredible Shrinking Man (1957)' Announced for Blu-ray

The Hugo-winning sci-fi classic appears to be in the works for a late August Blu-ray release!

Joblo.com is reporting that Universal Studios is planning to release 'The Incredible Shrinking Man (1957)' starring Grant Williams, Randy Stuart and April Kent on Blu-ray on August 30.

The film about a man who begins to shrink after being exposed to radiation and insecticide is directed by Jack Arnold ('The Creature from the Black Lagoon') and is written by the legendary Richard Matheson ('I Am Legend').

Specs, supplements, and suggested list price for the Blu-ray are still undetermined at this time.
