Sony Bringing 'Blue Streak' to Blu

Posted Sep 10, 2008 at 08:00 AM PDT by Peter Bracke

Sony Pictures will debut the 1999 comedy 'Blue Streak' on Blu-ray this November.

Starring Martin Lawrence and Luke Wilson as an ex-con and an FBI agent in search of a lost diamond, 'Blue Streak' will hit Blu-ray on November 18 (where it joins another recently-announced Lawrence comedy, 'National Security').

Tech specs will see a BD-25 single-layer disc with 1080/AVC MPEG-4 video and English Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround audio.

Supplements are bare bones, with no announced bonus features.

Suggested list price for the Blu-ray will be $28.99.

You'll find the latest specs for 'Blue Streak' linked from our Blu-ray Release Schedule, where it's indexed under November 18.
