Announcing its latest "catch up" title for Blu-ray, Paramount has set a mid-December debut for the acclaimed drama 'Into the Wild.'
Previously released on HD DVD earlier this year, the Oscar-nominated Sean Penn drama will hit Blu-ray on December 16.
Tech specs will compare to the previous HD DVD, with 1080p video and English Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround audio.
The slim extras include a pair of featurettes ("Into the Wild: The Story, The Characters," "Into the Wild: The Experience") and the original theatrical trailer.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has been set at $29.99.
