One of the summer's more controversial would-be blockbusters, Warner
Home Video will debut 'Lady in the Water' on HD DVD and Blu-ray day-and-date
this Christmas.
Though critics and audiences weren't kind to thrill-meister M. Night Shyamalan's
latest, high-def fans will have a chance to decide for themselves when the film
hits both next-gen formats on December 19.
Though supplemental details are not yet known, Warner will offer up 1.85:1
widescreen transfers in 1080p/VC-1 video on both formats, as well as 640kbps
Dolby Digital 5.1 surround tracks (Dolby Digital-Plus on HD DVD).
The studio has set a suggested list price of $39.95 for each release.
Stay tuned for further specs and box cover art, and we've added listings for
'Lady in the Water' to both our Blu-ray
Release Schedule and HD
DVD Release Schedule.
