It's time for demigod Perseus to get Kraken and save the world on high-definition this July!
As reported by TheHDRoom, Warner Brothers is aiming to bring Louis Leterrier's 'Clash of the Titans (2010)' starring Sam Worthington, Liam Neeson, and Ralph Fiennes to Blu-ray on July 27.
The original 1981 film is already available on Blu-ray and if you missed it, you can check out Tom Landy's review here.
As for the remake's Blu-ray release:
It will initially be available as a limited-time only Blu-ray/DVD/Digital Copy combo pack and will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements will include: Sam Worthington: An Action Hero for the Ages, Deleted Scenes, Alternate Ending, Harnessing the Gods: Maximum Movie Mode, Green Lantern (2010) Sneak Peek, and BD-Live.
The home video release apparently will not include the controversial 3D that was seen in theaters earlier this year.
Here's a peek at the packaging:
Suggested list price hasn't been revealed yet.
