Tick tock, tick tock: the smash Fox series '24' is at last hitting high-def, with a mid-May Blu-ray release for the show's seventh and latest season.
As first reported by TV Shows on DVD, Fox had been planning a Blu-ray release for '24: Season 7' on May 19 (day-and-date with the standard DVD). The studio has now confirmed the date with retailers, marking the first appearance of the hit Kiefer Sutherland series on high-def.
Fox has yet to issue any tech or supplement specs at this early date, but we expect the full 1080p and DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround treatment, plus extensive extras. We'll keep you posted.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $69.95.
