In the year 2111, humanity has colonized the Solar System in earnest, but unfortunately, criminal syndicates called Connections often dominate the planets. When the police are overwhelmed and the Earth Federation government is ineffective, if not corrupt, only Cosmo Rangers J9 can protect the average citizens of the Solar System. J9 is a group of mercenaries in the asteroid belt, but they only fight for what's right, with the help of their giant robot, Braiger.
