The Cohen Media Group will release on Blu-ray its brand new 4K restoration of James Ivory's film The Europeans (1979), starring Lee Remick, Robin Ellis, Wesley Addy, Tim Choate, and Lisa Eichhorn. The release will be available for purchase on April 28.
Synopsis: A pivotal film for Merchant Ivory, who demonstrate great intelligence and wit with their faithful adaptation of Henry James' story of an encounter between a family or pre-Civil War New Englanders and their European cousins, whose sophisticated ways dazzle and attract some family members and scandalize others.
