Based on the award-winning short story collection by George McCormick, Brian (Joel Bissonnette), a supervisor at a trucking firm, receives a promotion that would bring him and his family across the country. Hoping to convince his reluctant wife Ramona (Keylor Leigh) that the move could change their lives, Brian takes her on a trip to a faded resort town, Salton Sea, where they once honeymooned. Here, Brian is forced to examine his marriage, fears and masculinity.
