Decimated in battle nearly ten years ago, the Kouga and Iga clans are now at peace with a new generation leading the way. Kouga Hachirou, whose eyes reflect malefic intent, and Iga Hibiki, whose eyes neutralize any attack, bear as much promise as they do mystery.
