Miami dentist Dr. Ted Brooks treks to Alaska to claim an inheritance that turns out to be a team of champion sled dogs. Trouble is, old curmudgeon "Thunder" Jack Johnson wants the canines for an Arctic Circle dogsledding tournament. But plans change when Thunder turns up missing, and it's up to Ted to save the day.
