With the help of the kind doctor, Rhiannon cleans himself up and is presented to the sheriff as the man who saved his life. Rhiannon, who's fond of singing a tune now and then, is deputized by the sheriff and falls in love with a lovely saloon gal (Ella Raines, Hail the Conquering Hero). Rhiannon is now torn between his new life and his old one... can he turn over a new leaf and give up his illegal ways or are the prospects of robbing the next gold shipment too much for the ex-outlaw?
