Plot Synopsis:

Where the Magic Happens goes deep inside unexplored territory: the world of professional magicians. The film follows four passionate magicians who have refused to give up the dream that the impossible is actually possible. We've been filming for the last two years with unprecedented access at the Magic Castle in Los Angeles, as well as behind the scenes in Las Vegas and London.

We are fascinated by the life of the professional magician: from grand stage performances and celebrity parties to the day-to-day of booking gigs and making ends meet, but most importantly, why they dedicate themselves to a life in the magic arts. You will see behind the curtain into the world of magic, learn about the mystery of how magic works on our minds, and why we need magic and mystery... but also why our magicians have found magic, and why they need it just as much as we do.

The film will follow the pursuit of their professional goals, as well as seek to discover what led each to this all-consuming passion. Together these stories reflect the elation and struggle of persisting with a passion no matter what gets in the way....
