Plot Sypnosis:

The master thief Lupin matches wits with his rival Inspector Zenigata, all in pursuit of a recently unearthed treasure: a magic lamp! Rumor has it that the person in the lamp will grant its master a wish of their choice. Against all odds, Lupin scores the lamp, and the lovely fairy inside offers to make his wish come true, but at a price: she'll take half his remaining life. In an instant, Lupin finds himself in the middle of a busy street hundreds of miles away, and his last 12 hours are a total blank!
