Dudley Moore (Arthur) and Daryl Hannah (Splash) star in Crazy People, a satirical look at the mad men and women in the ad game. When a stressed-out exec (Moore) proposes a "truth in advertising" strategy, his corporate colleagues do what any sane businessmen would do: ship him off to a mental institution! But when his new campaigns capture the public's attention, his bosses turn to him — and his fellow inmates, including a kooky blonde (Hannah) — to take his concepts to the very height of lunacy!
