The Heroine has no memory of who she is or where she was. Like a broken record skipping, she keeps waking up in the same place at the same time: in a hospital bed on August 1st. And then there's the ghost-the spirit only she can see who calls himself Orion. He says not to trust anyone and to never reveal what she can't remember. But… does that mean she shouldn't trust him as well?
So she runs through flaming buildings, struggles desperately not to drown, and continues to wake up in the same hospital bed. Again, and again, and again.
