'Man on a Ledge' Announced for Blu-ray

In an early retailer announcement, Summit Entertainment will release 'Man on a Ledge' on Blu-ray on May 29.
Sam Worthington stars as Nick Cassidy, an ex-cop who breaks out of prison and finds himself on the ledge of the Roosevelt Hotel while his brother (Jamie Bell) races against time to steal a diamond worth millions from a businessman (Ed Harris) and prove Nick's innocence.
Specs have yet to be detailed, but supplements include The Ledge and a trailer with commentary by Elizabeth Banks.

The electrifying science-fiction thriller is coming in April. Pre-orders are now available for the Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D.
In an early announcement to retailers, Summit Entertainment will release 'The Darkest Hour' on Blu-ray on April 10.
'The Darkest Hour - 3D' will also be available on the same date.
Emile Hirsch ('Speed Racer,' 'Into the Wild'), Max Minghella ('Ides of March,' 'The Social Network') and Olivia Thirlby (TV’s “Bored to Death,” 'Dredd') star in this story of five young people who find themselves stranded in Moscow and fight to survive in the wake of a devastating alien attack.
With Moscow’s classic beauty as the backdrop, 'The Darkest Hour' features mind-blowing special effects from the minds of visionary filmmakers Timur Bekmambetov ('Wanted') and Chris Gorak ('Fight Club,' 'Minority Report'). The suspense never lets up as the invaders begin their assault on Earth, targeting the planet’s power supply.
Once the credits roll, see what happens next in 'The Darkest Hour: Survivors,' an all-new short film following the rebel resistance around the globe! The fight continues as freedom fighters in Tokyo, Malibu and Afghanistan work together to develop new technology and strike a major blow to the alien invaders.

'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1' Blu-ray Detailed

The fourth film in the series based on the popular young adult novels by Stephenie Meyer coming to Blu-ray in February has now been fully detailed.
As previously reported, Summit Entertainment is planning to release 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1' starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner on Blu-ray on February 11.
It also appears that there will be a Bella's Wedding Dress Edition available on the same date.
The Quileutes close in on expecting parents Edward and Bella, whose unborn child poses a threat to the Wolf Pack and the townspeople of Forks.
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 soundtrack, and supplements include: Commentary by director Bill Condon; Bella and Edward's wedding video; three Twilight character features (Jacob's Destiny, Edward Fast Forward, and Jacob Fast Forward); and a six-part behind-the-scenes documentary.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray/DVD combo pack is $33.99 and the Wedding Dress Edition is still TBA.

The hot-headed young D'Artagnan along with three former legendary but now down on their luck Musketeers must unite and defeat a beautiful double agent and her villainous employer from seizing the French throne and engulfing Europe in war.

The movie tells the tale of a gardener in East L.A. who struggles to keep his son away from gangs and immigration agents while trying to give his son the opportunities he never had.

For those who give a dam (get it?) the 2011 dramedy will clog up Blu-ray's waterways this August.
In an early retailer announcement, Summit Entertainment will release 'The Beaver' on Blu-ray on August 23.
The movie is directed by Jodie Foster ('Little Man Tate') and stars Mel Gibson (the 'Lethal Weapon' franchise) as a hopelessly depressed man who finds a new lease on life when he develops another personality through a beaver hand-puppet.
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements include an audio commentary with Jodie Foster, deleted scenes, and Everything Is Going To Be O.K. (featurette on the making of 'The Beaver').

In an early announcement to retailers, Summit Entertainment will be revving up 'Drive Angry' for high-definition on May 31.

Cage stars as a vengeful father who escapes from Hell to hunt down the men that kidnapped and murdered his daughter.
