'The Deep Blue Sea' Dated for Blu-ray

The Best Film nominee at the London Film Festival is coming to Blu-ray in July.
In an early announcement to retailers, Music Box Films will be releasing 'The Deep Blue Sea' on Blu-ray on July 24.
Director Terence Davies' romance stars Rachel Weisz as the wife of a British judge who has a steamy affair with a Royal Air Force pilot (Tom Hiddleston).
Specs and supplements haven't been revealed yet, but the suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $38.94.

'Mysteries of Lisbon' Announced for Blu-ray

The acclaimed epic drama based on the novel by Camilo Castelo Branco is getting the high-definition treatment this winter.
In an early announcement to retailers, Music Box Films will be bringing 'Mysteries of Lisbon' to Blu-ray on December 20.
'Mysteries of Lisbon' plunges us into a veritable whirlwind of adventures and escapades, coincidences and revelations, sentiments and violent passions, vengeance, love affairs, all wrapped in a rhapsodic voyage that takes us from Portugal to France, Italy, and as far as Brazil. In this Lisbon of intrigue and hidden identities, we encounter a series of characters all somewhat linked to the destiny of Pedro da Silva, orphan in a boarding school. Father Dinis, a descendent of the aristocratic libertines, later becomes a hero who defends justice, a countess maddened by her jealousy and set on her vengeance, a prosperous businessman who had mysteriously made his fortune as a bloodthirsty pirate; these and many more all cross in a story set in the 19th century and all searching for the true identity of our main character.
Specs and supplements are still unknown, but suggested list price for the 3-disc Blu-ray set is $43.95.

'Dragon Tattoo Trilogy: Extended Editions' Announced for Blu-ray

The original Swedish films based on the Stieg Larsson trilogy are getting an extended edition double dip in November.
In an early announcement to retailers, Music Box Films will be bringing 'Dragon Tattoo Trilogy: Extended Editions' to Blu-ray on November 22.
The theatrical editions have already been released on Blu-ray: 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo,' 'The Girl Who Played with Fire,' and 'The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest.'
The Dragon Tattoo Trilogy: Extended Edition, at 9 hours, is the most complete film version of Stieg Larsson's international best-selling books available, including over 2 hours of additional, never-before-seen feature content. This unique and extended mix of the original Swedish footage includes additional character development and narrative that more faithfully tracks the books. Previously available only in Europe, this final version is a must-see for Dragon Tattoo and Lisbeth Salander fans in the US.
Suggested list price for the 4-disc Blu-ray set is $79.95.

'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' Announced for Blu-ray

The acclaimed crime thriller is being prepped for a Blu-ray release in July.
Music Box Films is planning to bring 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' directed by Niels Arden Oplev to Blu-ray on July 6.
The film is based on the award-winning crime novel "Män som hatar kvinnor" ("Men Who Hate Women") by the late Swedish author and journalist Stieg Larsson, the first in his "Millennium Trilogy."
Music Box Films is also planning to release the second and third films in the trilogy, 'The Girl Who Played with Fire' and 'The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest,' later this year.
Specs and supplements haven't been confirmed yet, but suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $34.95.
