'The World's Greatest Railroads' Dated for Blu-ray

In an announcement to retailers, Madacy has slated 'The World's Greatest Railroads' for Blu-ray on April 17.

Specs and supplements haven't been revealed yet, but the suggested list price for the 3-disc Blu-ray set is $17.97.

'When Weather Changed History' Coming to Blu-ray

In a last-minute announcement, Madacy will bring the Weather Channel original series 'When Weather Changed History' to Blu-ray in early February.
'When Weather Changed History,' a series of one-hour suspenseful dramas, covers the often-surprising effects of weather on well known history events. TWC uncovers key moments with insider personal stories that disclose unexpected facts about history, revealing both mankind's heroism and hubris.
Madacy will debut the complete ten-episode as a two-disc Blu-ray set on February 10 (day-and-date with the standard DVD).
There are no tech specs as of yet, but we'll keep you posted.
There are also no announced supplements.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $39.98.

Weather Channel's 'Epic Conditions' Storms to Blu-ray

Newcomer Madacy Entertainment has announced a May Blu-ray arrival for the extreme sports series 'Epic Conditions.'
Thanks to a scoop by our friends over at TV Shows on DVD, Madacy will mark their entrance to high-def with 'Epic Conditions' on May 13. The release is also one of the rare Blu-ray titles to hit stores well ahead of the standard DVD edition (which won't arrive until August).
Billed as "...an action-filled series featuring talented athletes testing their skills in ideal weather conditions for their sports," all 15 episodes of 'Epic Conditions' will be spread across two BD-50 dual-layer discs. (Final tech specs have not yet been announced.)
Despite packing in 575 minutes of high-def content, Madacy will also include ten bonus episodes of the Weather Channel series "Weather Ventures" (presented in standard-def).
The suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $29.98.
