'Hell on Wheels: The Complete First Season' Announced for Blu-ray

AMC's hit western will saddle up Blu-ray this spring.
In an early announcement to retailers, Koch Entertainment says 'Hell on Wheels: The Complete First Season' is coming to Blu-ray on May 22.
The story follows a Confederate soldier (Anson Mount) who is hell bent on exacting revenge on the Union soldiers who murdered his wife. Their trail leads to the raucous, traveling town alongside the construction of the transcontinental railroad. The series co-stars Colm Meaney and music artist Common.
Specs and supplements have yet to be revealed, but suggested list price for the 3-disc Blu-ray set is $44.98.

'Jolene' is heading to Blu-ray

The 2008 independent drama based on a short story by E.L. Doctorow is planned for Blu-ray this April.
In an early announcement to retailers, Koch Entertainment says 'Jolene' is coming to Blu-ray on April 26.
The film stars Jessica Chastain as a southern teenage orphan who spends ten years traveling cross-country to experience life, love, and heartbreak.
Specs have yet to be revealed, but the release will include an Audio commentary with director Dan Ireland and Interviews with Jessica Chastain.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $24.98.

'Night of the Demons (2009)' Blu-ray Announced

All hell will break loose in high-definition just in time for Halloween!
Koch Entertainment will release 'Night of the Demons (2009)' on Blu-ray on October 19.
The film is a remake of the 1988 cult horror classic and stars Edward Furlong and Shannon Elizabeth.
Fangoria will also be hosting a free screening of the movie in New York City on October 15 leading into a Q & A session with the director.
Specs are still unknown, but supplements include a director's commentary, cast and crew interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has been set at $24.98.

'Parasomnia' Announced for Blu-ray

Dreams will end and nightmares will begin in high-definition this summer.
In an early announcement to retailers, Kock Entertainment says 'Parasomnia' is headed for Blu-ray on July 13.
The independent horror/thriller is from William Malone, the director of the remake of 'The House on Haunted Hill' and premiered at Screamfest 2008.
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtracks (English and German) and supplements will include: Audio commentary by William Malone, making-of featurette, deleted scenes, cast and crew interviews, and a photo gallery.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $24.98.
