First Look to Re-Set 'Code' Blu-ray for June
Thu Apr 02, 2009 at 09:00 AM ETTags: Street Date Changes, First Look (all tags)
After an eight-month delay, First Look has announced a new street date for the little-seen actioner 'The Code.'
Starring Morgan Freeman and Antonio Banderas, and directed by Mimi Leder ('Deep Impact'), 'The Code' barely made a blip on the box office radar during its brief theatrical run last year.
Originally announced for an October video release then subsequently delayed, First Look has now confirmed a new June 23 Blu-ray release, day-and-date with the standard DVD.
There's still no word on tech or supplement specs, but we'll keep you posted.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $34.99.
You'll find the latest specs for 'The Code' linked from our Blu-ray Release Schedule, where it's indexed under its new date of June 23.
