'Annie' Announced for Blu-ray

In an early announcement to retailers, Sony is working on 'Annie' for Blu-ray on October 2.
Although the 1982 film was nominated for two Oscars (Best Art Direction-Set Decoration and Best Music/Original Song Score or Best Adaptation Score), it was also nominated for several Razzies where young Aileen Quinn won Worst Supporting Actress.
Specs and supplements haven't been revealed yet, but suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $14.99.
