Hitting stores just in time for the launch of the PlayStation 3, Buena
Vista will release its third wave of Blu-ray titles, led by the hit thriller
'Flightplan' and
'Enemy of the
State.'
Though news of BV's third Blu-ray wave were already leaked early last week, the studio has now confirmed its full November 21 lineup. In addition to 'Flightplan' and 'Enemy of the State,' Buena Vista will release five additional titles: 'Annapolis,' 'Casanova,' 'Sky High,' 'The Wild' and 'Goal! The Dream Begins.'
Though full technical and supplement specs are not yet available, all titles will feature 1080p video and uncompressed PCM 5.1 surround tracks encoded at 48kHz/16-bit, except 'Flightplan,' 'Enemy of the State' and 'The Wild,' which will get full 48kHz/24-bit mixes.
Retail has been set at a suggested $34.99 each.
We expect full details for all seven titles to be issued in the coming days, and in the meantime, the most recent specs have been added to our Blu-ray Release Schedule.
