Plot Synopsis:

Poor Pretty Eddie - Recently restored from original 35mm film elements and rediscovered through a showing on TCM Underground, the movie stars Leslie Uggams as a jazz singer stranded in a remote backwoods town and Oscar-winner Shelley Winters as a faded burlesque star whose young boy-toy, Eddie, is a homicidal Elvis impersonator. It also features Slim Pickens (Dr. Strangelove, The Howling) as the perverted sheriff, Dub Taylor, as the twisted justice of the peace, and Ted "Lurch" Cassidy as the manic mechanic!

Carnival Magic - Virtually a lost film with only one other print previously known to exist, the negative, screenplay, a complete 35mm print, and more were recently located in an east coast warehouse. Working with the film's producer, Elvin Feltner, Film Chest is proud to be breathing new life into this bizarre and forgotten childrens' movie from maverick director Al Adamson (Dracula vs. Frankenstein, Satan's Sadists).
