Plot Sypnosis:

Probably Ken Russell's most controversial film, The Devils from 1971 stars Oliver Reed as an outspoken and promiscuous priest who falls foul of the Establishment in a walled town in 17th Century France. Complicating this situation is that the Mother Superior of a nearby Abbey (Vanessa Redgrave) is sexually obsessed with him. In the meantime reports of demonic possession are starting to spread among the nuns within this Abbey....
