Plot Synopsis:
Mark (Colin Farrell) and David (Jamie Sives) are expert war photographers capturing the images of war torn Kurdistan. Mark, who's highly ambitious, wants to pursue the fighting for another few days in search of the ultimate shot but David has had enough of the dirt, hopelessness and violence and leaves to go home to his pregnant wife Diane.
Badly injured, Mark ends up in a local makeshift hospital in the Harir caves where he previously witnessed and recorded Doctor Talzani (Branko Djuric) playing god. Talzani is fighting against the odds in a hillside hospital deciding his patients' fate with coloured tags—yellow to receive treatment and blue for certain death. Things have now flipped and Mark is the suffering patient, watching desperately as his life hangs in the balance, only to gain a reprieve with a yellow tag from Talzani.
