Plot Synopsis: A bloody drive-by shooting ends a truce between two warring East LA gangs, leaving "Shaggy" Gonzalez dead and his brother "Dreamer" badly wounded. Now Dreamer is desperate to avenge his brother's murder, but his head wound has robbed him of his memory of the shooting.
