The HD Advisor generally doesn't answer "Why hasn't movie XYZ been released on Blu-ray yet?" questions. Those decisions are made at each movie studio's discretion. Frankly, the Advisor is usually just as mystified by the choices they come up with as anyone else. However, this week, he does take a crack at shedding some light on why the work of one particular director is all but absent from the format.
